I'm reminded this morning of one of my favorite songs by Darius Rucker. I woke up with these lyrics in my head:

How is it possible my little girl is already 4 months old? Where does the time go? I remember feeling like she'd NEVER arrive, now I honestly do not remember life before her. People would always tell me, "you'll never remember life before her" and I didn't believe them. Until now. What did I do with all my "free" time?
Ady is so precious and I marvel at how she moves, changes, and grows each day. She turned over for the first time last night!!! I was so proud of her. I had actually been worried about her not being able to do this since because of her reflux she can not be placed flat often. Usually the only time is right before a feeding (believe it or not, she still spits then too). But, our little girl did it!
I'm humbled and in awe of just how great our God is. This time last year, I was a huge ball of emotion. I didn't want to celebrate my birthday at all. What was the point? The only thing I wanted was a baby. This year, I don't think there will be a dry eye on my birthday! What a precious little blessing Ady has been already to our lives. I can't wait to watch her grow. I don't want to miss a second of it!
My heart is spoken for. How can I keep from singing praises for this little girl?
